The Associate Clinic Director will support day-to-day operations in the clinic, conduct interviews, participate in community outreach, and work closely with the Clinic Director to enhance clinical outcomes.

Day-to-day Support in Clinic
Support Community Building within Clinic
Conducting Interviews
Participating in Outreach Events
Review Operational Dashboards and work directly with Clinic Director to improve areas of opportunities
Review Intake Packets and Support Client/BCBA Pairings
Attend Weekly Caseload Planning Meetings
Participate in 1:1 Supervision Meetings with BCBA’s and Clinic Directors
Lead RBT Performance Conversations
Develop Skills to move to an Associate Clinic Director (Level 2)
Qualification
Required
BCBA credentialed for at least 2 years
Strong foundation in all clinical KPI metrics
In good standing on all BCBA metrics including but not limited to: Attributable and Client Service Hours, Cancellation Trends (team members and clients), POC Timeliness and Quality, Conversion Rates, RBT Supervision Rates
