Responsibilities
Business Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with key stakeholders from GTM Sales, Marketing, Partner teams to gather and analyze business requirements related to Zscaler Selling motions
Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the technical team, translating business requirements into technical solutions and ensuring alignment
Process Design: Support the process design, requirements elicitation and gathering of business systems in the area of sales, partners and marketing. Build process flows and documentation for identifying these processes
Collaboration: Engage with business partners to discuss business requirements, determine feasibility, business value and a cost effective and scalable solution
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration/Management or a related quantitative field
Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and collaborate across diverse, cross-functional teams
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, coupled with excellent written and verbal communication
Motivated self-starter with a clear passion for innovation and technology
Preferred
Prior exposure or experience working in a fast-paced business environment (e.g., tech, finance, or consulting)
Demonstrated curiosity and analytical depth: the ability to articulate complex business problems clearly and show a proactive, self-starting approach to learning
