This remote role involves managing leads, client communication, social media, and various marketing tasks to help therapist entrepreneurs expand their reach and impact.

Responsibilities
Lead & Pipeline Management: Track and manage new leads from Facebook, websites, and other sources. Maintain CRM pipelines and ensure timely follow-ups
Client Communication: Manage email correspondence and communication with program participants, ensuring a professional and timely experience
Video Editing & Management: Upload, edit, and organize video content in Go High Level, on websites, and other platforms
Social Media Management: Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more. Optimize posts to increase lead generation
Marketing Campaign Support: Assist in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns, including email, content, and social strategies
Meeting Support: Attend virtual meetings, assist with hosting (e.g., letting attendees in, starting sessions), and take notes as needed
Content Creation: Design visuals and write copy for social media, newsletters, and promotional materials
Website Maintenance: Update clinic website content and ensure all information is current and relevant
SEO & Analytics: Implement basic SEO strategies and analyze data to help guide marketing decisions
Community Engagement: Monitor and respond to comments, reviews, and messages across platforms
Event Coordination: Help organize virtual events, workshops, and webinars
Tech Support: Provide light tech support during meetings, on the website, or across marketing platforms
Qualification
Required
Experience in digital marketing, social media management, or a related role
Proficiency in tools such as Go High Level, Canva, video editing software, and CRM platforms
Strong communication skills—written and verbal
Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines
Creative eye for content creation and branding
Preferred
Familiarity with SEO basics and data analysis tools is a plus
Experience or exposure to therapy or wellness fields is a bonus
