Be the first point of contact for prospective families
Conduct engaging campus tours and highlight our unique programs
Enroll new families and support their transition into our community
Build strong relationships with families, staff, and leadership teams
Drive enrollment growth and retention through proven sales and service strategies
Maintain accurate records of enrollment and marketing activity
Deliver an exceptional customer experience every single day
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field
Outgoing, energetic personality with strong communication skills
Kind
Consistently exceeds goals and thrives under pressure
Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Comfortable building urgency
Preferred
Sales experience required; marketing or management experience a plus
Salesforce experience preferred
