The role involves evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients while maintaining high levels of communication with other healthcare providers.

Responsibilities
Accurately evaluate, diagnose and treat patients, both physician referrals and direct access
Assess each patient and develop appropriate rehabilitation goals
Maintain high levels of communication with other service providers such as Chiropractors, Acupuncturists, and Occupational Therapists to ensure quality patient care
Complete notes thoroughly and within a timely manner to ensure that collaborative care is maintained between other therapists
Work towards the advancement of the clinic by maintaining clinical excellence through various CEUs
Participate in monthly meetings led by the Clinic Director and Office Manager to identify challenges within the clinic to address and improve clinic flow
Attend company-wide meetings to discuss various company initiatives to continuously improve clinical excellence and patient care
Qualification
Required
New Jersey Physical Therapist License or PTA License
New Grads and Experienced Physical Therapists are Welcome!
Computer Literacy
Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
