Responsibilities

Creating and maintaining paper and electronic files relating to project work
Applies company quality assurance guidelines and procedures for project document management
Familiarity and understanding of construction drawings and documents
Familiarity with Projectwise
Understands CAD drawing attributes
Assists with developing project guides and provides information and support for project reviews
Type, format and organize project documents, reports, specifications and correspondence
Assist in updating projects estimate to complete and percent complete
Excellent verbal and written communication including grammar, punctuation, proofreading, spelling and telephone skills
Flexibility and ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and various team members in a fast-paced environment
Self-motivated, well-organized and detail-oriented
Ability to handle confidential information
Exhibit professionalism with clients
Works well in a team environment and communicates well with many different team members
Work with multiple project teams as needed
Tracking and reporting on project deliverables
Ability to respond to a changing and evolving process as well as learn new tasks
Excellent organization skills

Required

Associate degree in a closely related field or combination of education and relevant experience
A minimum of 1 years related experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
