Human Resources Business Partner
Astrana Health is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support Clinical Operations and MSO teams. The HRBP will serve as a strategic partner to leaders, providing hands-on support to employees while ensuring alignment between HR practices and organizational goals.

Responsibilities
Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders in both Clinical Operations and MSO functions, providing guidance on workforce strategy, organizational design, and HR best practices
Partner with department heads to design and implement performance review processes (e.g., 9-box, development plans, annual reviews) that foster employee growth and support organizational goals
Conduct regular check-ins with managers and employees, facilitating discussions on performance, development, and career progression
Proactively manage and resolve employee relations matters, ensuring consistency, fairness, and compliance with policies and laws
Collaborate with leadership to identify workforce planning needs, including succession planning, staffing, and skills development
Coach and educate managers on effective people management, employee engagement, and accountability practices
Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws, regulations, and internal policies
Act as a mediator and advocate, promoting a positive, inclusive, and high-performance workplace culture
Partner with the HR team on company-wide initiatives such as engagement programs, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness projects
Continuously identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and improve efficiency
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
5+ years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on employee relations, performance management, and talent development
Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment law
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence leaders at all levels
Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to manage sensitive matters with discretion
Preferred
Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Experience supporting healthcare operations and/or MSO functions
HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR)
