Responsibilities

Mixed-Signal Integration: Support design and verification of mixed-signal IP utilizing the Cadence suite of tools, and develop analog and mixed-signal skills by helping to design next-generation IP
Simulation Verification: Generate SystemVerilog models and correlate results with schematic-level performance
System Level Simulation: Generate simulation workbenches and interpret the results to verify compliance with system-level requirements
DFT Implementation: Generate a DFT plan for tasks like trimming, debugging, and programming mixed-signal IP blocks
System Validation: Work with cross-functional teams on testing, validating, and characterizing key IP in IC and systems
Script Development: Use Verilog, SystemVerilog, and Python to create scripts for mixed-signal simulations
Lab Testing: Utilize test equipment like oscilloscopes and DMM for performance validation
Technical Tools: Proficient use of Microsoft Office tools and Unix/Linux shell commands

Required

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with 2+ years of experience, or Master's in Electrical Engineering preferred
Experienced with Cadence for schematic creation, netlisting, and running simulations
Prior experience of compiling, elaborating, and running mixed-signal simulations, and understanding of signal flow and boundaries between the analog and digital domains
Proficiency in Verilog, SystemVerilog, Python, and capable of generating scripts
Experience with oscilloscopes, DMM, supplies, and related lab equipment
Understanding of signal flow between analog and digital domains
Familiarity with BIST, scan chains, and debugging techniques
Highly motivated with strong organizational and detail-oriented skills
