Responsibilities

Handling daily administrative tasks including phone calls, visitors, correspondence, and filing

Composing and formatting documents, presentations, reports, and correspondence

Making travel arrangements and preparing authorizations and vouchers using DTS

Tracking tasks and action items using government tracking systems

Coordinating logistics for meetings, conferences, and events including agendas, obtaining A/V equipment, and booking rooms

Maintaining calendars, SharePoint sites, and office procedures/protocols

Preparing and distributing staff meeting briefs, 'read aheads' and activity reports

Monitoring inboxes and tasking out assignments using task management systems

Retrieving documents and information from files and databases as needed

Required

Active TS/SCI clearance

4+ years of administrative experience supporting military/government operations

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
