Responsibilities
Lead teams to develop and execute strategic initiatives that drive growth and transformation; manage multiple high-priority strategy projects
Bring a high degree of intellectual rigor and strategy expertise from a top-tier management consulting firm to enable data-driven decision making
Collaborate closely with and be a trusted thought partner to senior leadership on strategic opportunities
Manage complex, high-impact strategy projects from conception to completion
Lead the annual strategy setting and planning process, ensuring alignment with senior leaders and cross-functional partners
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure strategic initiatives are implemented successfully
Track and manage the performance of strategic initiatives to ensure they meet established goals and objectives
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the organization
Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to inform SCAN’s strategy
Actively support the achievement of SCAN’s Vision and Goals

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree from a top-tier academic institution
6-10 years of proven experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, or a related field
Minimum of 3-4 years of management consulting experience, including at least 1+ promotion, with a top-tier management consulting firm required
Exceptionally strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage complex projects
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Dependable, trustworthy, high standards of integrity
Corporate strategy – proven experience, honed at a top tier management consulting firm
Problem solving & insight – exceptional analytical skills and ability to break down complex problems to generate actionable insight
Client interaction – proven ability to build high trust with senior leaders
Communication – sharp, pithy
Leadership and managerial effectiveness - Skilled at managing high performing teams and developing others
Growth mindset - Genuine interest in continuous learning
Collaborative - Highly collaborative, good team player
Preferred
Knowledge of healthcare and/or Medicare Advantage is preferred, but not required
Experience in the healthcare industry preferred, but not required
