Responsibilities
Oversee all project management and engineering functions, ensuring delivery excellence across scope, schedule, and budget
Serve as the final commercial gatekeeper for major contracts—reviewing proposals, identifying risks, and ensuring commercial and legal soundness prior to execution
Drive profitability and cash flow discipline through forecasting, margin optimization, and proactive working capital management
Develop and enforce a unified project delivery framework that aligns PMO and Engineering under shared objectives and governance
Build and mentor a high-performing team of Project Managers and Engineers, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous development
Act as executive sponsor for key clients—building trust, resolving escalations, and ensuring satisfaction and repeat business
Manage enterprise project risk, ensuring adherence to all contractual, safety, and regulatory requirements
Contribute to long-term strategy by identifying opportunities for improvement in systems, delivery methods, and market positioning
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering
10–15 years of progressive leadership experience in engineering, construction, or infrastructure project management
Proven record of leading large, multi-disciplinary project teams across multiple sites
Deep understanding of contract management, commercial risk, and delivery frameworks in complex engineering environments
Demonstrated success improving project performance metrics (schedule adherence, profitability, customer satisfaction)
Strong financial acumen with experience in P&L, forecasting, and working capital management
Exceptional communication and leadership skills with the ability to unify technical and commercial teams
Preferred
MBA or advanced technical degree
Experience in water infrastructure or related utilities
