The Digital Account Representative monitors the Digital Account Opening platform for incoming member applications, ensuring timely resolution of outstanding applications and enhancing member relationships through expert financial solutions.

Responsibilities

Review incoming applications from the Digital Account Opening platform to ensure they are complete, ensure all necessary documentation has been received and uploaded. Ensure that necessary follow-up on outstanding applications is completed in a timely manner

Approve or decline applications based on standard operating procedures, direction and service level expectations

Monitor all aspects of the Digital Account Opening platform and perform any needed or required necessary queue maintenance throughout the day. Monitor errors in hold pattern in the queue and change queue assignment as needed

Examine OFAC failures in accordance with Teachers FCU policy and initiate actions based on stated procedures. When necessary, solicit review and advice from internal partners including the Compliance department

Respond quickly, completely, accurately and courteously to telephone calls and emails received from members and Teachers FCU employees. Provide interdepartmental support/collaboration as needed

Establish accounts (e.g., checking, savings, holiday and vacation clubs, etc.) in the operating system when necessary

Enhance and deepen member relationships by providing expert financial solutions that allow members to achieve their financial goals

Perform other duties as needed upon request by immediate supervisor
