Responsibilities
Responsible for the coordination of input from stakeholders within the organization and preparation of the quarterly and annual external financial reports, including any offering memorandums, in accordance with US GAAP
Perform technical accounting research and prepare associated memorandums, develop global accounting policies and support the implementation of new accounting standards under both GAAP and IFRS
Coordinate the process to identify and record IFRS to GAAP differences and review associated documentation to ensure the accuracy and completeness of adjustments
Responsible for the successful audit/review of the corporate entities and the parent and subsidiary financial statements including managing any prepared by client requests
Review journal entries and reconciliations associated with the day-to-day accounting for various corporate entities
Responsible for the monthly global accounting close and perform the monthly global multi-currency consolidation
Review the reconciliation of global intercompany accounts and oversee the timely settlement/billing of amounts with counterparties on a timely basis
Identify and execute process enhancements relating to corporate accounting and external reporting functions, including coordination with relevant stakeholders
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience
Big 4 or Top 10 qualified CPA background
BA/BS in Accounting or Finance
