Performance Creative Strategist, Paid Social

The Performance Creative Strategist, Paid Social will manage the creative workflow, partner with Growth Marketing Managers, and analyze creative performance to support rapid testing and scale in the company's paid acquisition efforts.

Responsibilities

Own, organize, and streamline our creative production pipeline, ensuring we have the right volume and variety of creative to support rapid testing and scale
Manage our creative tracker and testing backlog so we can launch ads faster, more consistently, and with fewer bottlenecks
Review and QA ad creative for brand alignment, accurate product information, and strategic fit before launch
Conduct biweekly competitor deep dives and trend analyses to uncover creative opportunities and inspire new concepts
Build and maintain a creative testing roadmap and insights tracker, sharing performance learnings with both internal and external production partners
Analyze creative performance across key engagement metrics (CTR, CVR, thumbstop rate, CPA, CPM, etc.) and surface actionable insights that improve efficiency and unlock new creative angles
Work closely with the Growth Marketing Managers to support broader channel strategy by freeing up their time to focus on forecasting, optimization, and long-term planning

Required

3+ years experience in paid social creative strategy or performance-focused marketing roles
Hands-on experience with Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok required
Strong understanding of creative testing frameworks, iteration processes, and paid social engagement metrics (CTR, CVR, thumbstop rate, CPA, CPM)
Ability to analyze creative performance data and translate insights into clear recommendations
Proficiency with creative workflow and analytics tools (Notion, Motion, Atria) and marketing platforms (HubSpot, Excel - Excel is a must)
Experience managing creative production cycles — either in-house or at an agency
Exceptional organization, communication, and project management skills
A proactive, detail-oriented operator who can bring order to ambiguity and move projects forward with velocity

Preferred

YouTube and Google Ads experience is a plus
Agency-only experience is totally acceptable
