Responsibilities
Own the day-to-day merchandising execution for key homepage modules or priority sport areas
Collaborate with product, trading, and marketing teams to align on promotional and content priorities
Identify areas for improvement and propose new merchandising ideas or enhancements
Help train or guide Coordinators on tools, processes, and merchandising standards
Execute real-time content updates during live events with minimal supervision
Support team leads and managers with planning around tentpole events and seasonal shifts
Qualification
Required
1+ years of experience in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment (sports or ops a plus)
Strong understanding of U.S. sports, betting markets, and fan behavior
Ability to juggle multiple tasks, prioritize on the fly, and work under pressure
Confident communicator and collaborator with cross-functional teams
Comfortable working nights, weekends, and holidays based on the sports calendar
Preferred
Familiarity with CMS, CRM, or content merchandising tools
