Responsibilities

Help lead a team of product managers responsible for driving the vision, strategy, and roadmap for NetSuite’s Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions
Define how organizations plan, budget, forecast, and analyze performance using the NetSuite platform
Deliver capabilities that help finance and operations teams make data-driven decisions and drive business growth
Partner closely with Engineering, UX, Strategy, and Go-to-Market teams to deliver innovative, customer-centric solutions

Required

10+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years in a people leadership role
Proven success managing enterprise SaaS or ERP products, ideally in financial management or performance management domains
Strong understanding of FP&A, financial close, or related business processes
Ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and influence without authority
Experience driving end-to-end product lifecycle: strategy, roadmap, launch, and adoption
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to executives and internal/external audiences
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to simplify complexity
Proven ability to build, coach, and retain high-performing teams
Demonstrated success driving cross-functional execution in complex organizations
Bachelor's degree required

MBA or advanced degree
