Responsibilities

Orchestrate comprehensive quality management system processes for aviation terminal production

Lead and mentor quality inspection teams to implement proactive quality assurance strategies

Develop and implement advanced quality control methodologies

Guide continuous improvement initiatives using statistical process control techniques

Facilitate root cause investigations and corrective action implementations in coordination with the respective engineering teams

Manage complex quality containment activities

Support operations through strategic problem-solving and technical leadership
