Responsibilities

Lead discussions on advanced packaging technologies and silicon process coordination
Manage foundry operations, capacity planning, and project forecasting
Serve as the key liaison across internal functions — including Product Planning, Field Technology Support (FTS), Business Development, and Operations
Translate customer requirements into actionable deliverables and ensure smooth execution
Monitor key performance indicators and proactively identify business growth opportunities
Foster long-term partnerships through consistent communication and problem-solving

Required

Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering or related technical discipline
9+ years' experience in the semiconductor ecosystem (foundry, EDA, or advanced packaging preferred)
Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and account management
Skilled in contract negotiation, capacity forecasting, and roadmap alignment
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; proficiency in Mandarin Chinese preferred for cross-border coordination
