Elements Massage Pentagon City is a wellness studio dedicated to positively changing the lives of clients. They are seeking a Retail Sales Associate / Customer Service Associate who can thrive in a sales-driven environment and consistently deliver results by enrolling clients into the Elements Wellness Program and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

Confidently inform all clients about the benefits of the Elements Wellness Program, a no‑hassle plan

Follow our proven sales process to successfully enroll clients into the Elements Wellness Program

Serve as the first and final face of hospitality, whether on the phone or in the studio

Ensure client appointment paperwork and payment processes are brief, painless, and accurate

Collaborate with Managers and Massage Therapists to create an environment where clients are the center of the world

Required

Demonstrated success in sales is required — candidates must show prior experience meeting or exceeding sales goals, ideally in retail or service environments

Ability to follow our proven sales process to sell the monthly Elements Wellness Program and build customer loyalty

Strong communication skills: must enjoy talking, but more importantly, excel at listening to clients

Ability to turn client feedback into opportunities for exceptional customer service

Customer service experience in a spa‑like or hospitality environment is a plus

Familiarity with modern office tools and systems; scheduling and payments are processed with easy‑to‑learn computer programs
