Responsibilities
Identifying and delivering improvement opportunities around demand and production planning
Monitoring, analyzing and owning Vendor Key Performance Indicators such as: Out of Stock rate, Total Inbound lead time, confirmation rates, including presenting insights, themes and trends to Senior Leadership team
Strategically analyzing production and delivery lead-times, while optimizing operational excellence inputs such as EDI adoption, PO confirmations, efficient receive processes, and inventory placement
Spearheading initiatives to enhance cost structure and profitability, collaborating closely with partner teams to ensure successful execution
Qualification
Required
Knowledge of statistics or other analytical techniques
6+ years experience in retail supply chain, vendor management, strategy consulting, or related fields
6+ years of proven track record of successfully leading and managing complex supply chain projects, preferably in a large-scale retail or e-commerce environment
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Demonstrated ability to set a strategy and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment - prioritization, planning and task delegation
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data insights into actionable supply chain strategies. Microsoft Excel and SQL preferred
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strategic relationships with vendors and partners
Preferred
Experience with SQL
MBA/Master's Degree
Ability to problem solve creatively by adapting frameworks or existing best practices
3+ years of negotiations experience
