Responsibilities
Review job orders to determine quantities, paper specifications, colors, and customer instructions
Collect and inspect random samples during print runs and make necessary adjustments
Run multiple digital print machines simultaneously
Load and unload paper stock and set up print files for production
Complete required production paperwork for each job
Ensure materials are stocked and correct supplies are staged
Perform basic machine troubleshooting
Follow ISO 9001 quality and training expectations
Meet required throughput speeds and quality standards
Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following all procedures and regulations
Qualification
Required
1+ year of digital print experience
Basic computer skills (open, close, print files)
Strong attention to detail and quality
Basic measuring skills (ruler, measurement devices)
Basic problem-solving skills
Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly to ensure job accuracy
Ability to stand for an entire shift (excluding breaks)
Ability to occasionally lift up to 70 lbs
Ability to work extended hours and weekends based on production schedule
Preferred
Prior experience within a print or fast-paced production environment
