Piedmont is a healthcare organization seeking a Business Development Manager to oversee the operations of outpatient health care facilities. The role involves promoting services, managing leases, and fostering relationships with physicians and the community to enhance business growth at Oconee Health Campus.

Hospital & Health Care

Responsibilities

Managing the daily operations of our outpatient health care facilities
Promoting all outpatient and specialty services to the physician and business community
Assisting with lease management and new construction
Providing support services in all functional areas of sales
Cultivating and strengthening referral activities by implementing and promoting professional services
Developing relationships with employed and community physician practices
Fostering problem solving facilitation for operational issues that prevent business coming to PAR
Focusing on facility-specific service lines that are in alignment with the market strategy
Educating and being an expert at how the health system functions
Promoting all outpatient services
Exhibiting all PAR Cultural Beliefs to create better experiences for our customers

Qualification

Healthcare industry experienceSales experienceResearchAnalysisEditing collateralBachelor’s Degree

Required

Bachelor's degree required
Requires a minimum of five years in healthcare industry and/or sales experience/liaison experience required
Position will require regular travel within service area
Valid State of Georgia Driver's license and clean MVR required

Preferred

Experience with research and analysis of data
Experience with editing collateral preferred
