Adjunct - Kline School of Law - ADR Coach

The ADR coach will work with students to enhance their advocacy skills and prepare them for competitions, while also supporting the mission of the Kline School of Law.

Responsibilities

Teaching students to analyze a case file
Teaching students to craft themes and theories of a case file
Teaching students how to sharpen both written and oral advocacy skills
Teaching students to develop skill sets in client counseling, negotiation, arbitration, and mediation
Conducting weekly practices with students either in person or via Zoom
Attending the competition with the team members
Evaluate student achievement of curricular objectives
Maintain communication with the Moot Court Competition advisor and the Dean for Academic Affairs regarding any course or student issues
Perform other similar duties as assigned

Required

Minimum of a Law Degree in Juris Doctor

Preferred

Experience coaching an ADR Team
