Responsibilities
Drive New Business: Act as a hunter to identify, engage, and close new enterprise accounts within your territory
Manage Complex Deals: Lead end-to-end enterprise-level deal management, including multi-stakeholder negotiations and executive-level presentations
Quota Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed an annual quota of $2.9M+
Strategic Account Planning: Develop and execute territory plans aligned with company objectives
Leverage AI Tools: Apply an AI-first approach to pipeline development, forecasting, and customer engagement
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with marketing, SDRs, and customer success teams to ensure seamless onboarding and long-term client satisfaction
Qualification
Required
10–15 years in SaaS software sales with a focus on enterprise accounts
AI-driven, innovative, and adaptable to emerging technologies
Hunter mentality with a consultative, value-based selling style
Demonstrated success managing large quotas ($2.9M+) and closing complex deals
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
