Responsibilities

Managing projects in the waste management and waste diversion industries

Coordinating work with clients, regulators, contractors, and team members

Preparing budgets, schedules, invoices, and project deliverables

Providing mentorship and distributing tasks to team members, ensuring deadlines are met

Building and maintaining strong client relationships

Communicating project updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction

Collaborating with regulators to ensure project compliance with all applicable regulations

Preparing and reviewing calculations, reports, and design documents for engineering projects, including landfill design, permitting, and environmental compliance

Assisting with the development of waste diversion strategies and sustainable materials management

Conducting quality control reviews of work products, including reports, design plans, and data analysis

Supporting environmental sampling, monitoring, and construction quality assurance activities as needed

Leading and mentoring staff to foster professional growth

Reviewing and approving work completed by team members

Required

Bachelor's Degree in a related field of engineering required

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform fieldwork as needed

Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
