OEM Sales Manager
SPX FLOW, through its Johnson Pump Marine brand, provides high-performance marine pump solutions. They are seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive growth and customer engagement across the East Coast and Southeast U.S., focusing on business development and technical product support.

Responsibilities
Territory Development: Strategically grow the customer base across the Eastern Seaboard and Southeast, targeting OEM boat builders and select non-marine OEM accounts
Business Expansion: Actively identify new sales opportunities, qualify leads, and convert prospects into loyal customers
Customer Support & Training: Provide in-person and remote technical support for Johnson Pump Marine products
Account Management: Foster strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded
Field Intelligence: Monitor competitive activity and regional market trends to influence product positioning and development
Event Representation: Attend regional boat shows, fishing expos, and industry events to showcase JPM product innovations
Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts, and territory activity updates
Qualification
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of field-based sales experience in the marine, engine, or technical product space
Strong working knowledge of the boating industry and market in the Southeast and East Coast regions
Technical and/or application experience with engine cooling pumps, livewell systems, bilge pumps, and marine plumbing components is a plus
Experience engaging non-marine OEM accounts with complementary product needs is beneficial
Ability to independently manage a large, travel-intensive territory (up to 50% travel)
Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
