Responsibilities

Lead/support budget, forecasts and business plans through collaboration with internal stakeholders within the larger Account and Finance team as well as across the organization

Partner with assigned business functions to track financial performance, provide financial information/updated forecasts, and compile analysis to help guide decision making and set strategy

Research and communicate monthly/quarterly variances in preparation for month-end close meetings highlighting risks and opportunities

Build business relationships and implement various initiatives in collaboration with operational teams to understand costs, optimize them, and ensure they represent the best investment for Cogeco

Build and improve business models as part of Business Transformation processes

Create presentation materials to effectively communicate results and action

Attend weekly/bi-weekly staff meetings communicating applicable financial topics with a focus on proactivity

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive short- and long-term objectives

Facilitates ongoing compliance with internal procedures, policies and best financial practices

Complete other projects and analyses as assigned or as needs are recognized

10-15% travel as necessary for projects and priorities
