Responsibilities
Be the face of Asurion and deliver award-winning, personalized customer experiences
Safely travel in a personal vehicle to locations throughout a designated market (daily)
Perform repairs for all devices efficiently
Enhance customer experience with our ‘serve, solve, and sell’ method, helping bring the Asurion Connected Home product to all customers (selling on every transaction)
Achieve sales goals
Handle work orders and manage inventory
Oversee buybacks and product returns
Learn and provide best practices between stores
Share feedback for store improvements
Qualification
Required
1+ years of customer service/retail sales experience
Basic knowledge of mobile devices and operating systems
Ability to work a flexible retail schedule. Including weekends and holidays
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
A valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record with 1+ years of driving experience
Ability to travel a radius of up to 30 miles (store to store)
Preferred
6+ months of experience with product service support and technology repair
