Responsibilities
Leverage security tools and partner with the CISO, Legal, and Technology teams to define and implement a comprehensive data security strategy, safeguarding intellectual property and sensitive data assets
Define and implement data governance policies to prevent unauthorized activity and ensure compliance with global regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, SOC2, ISO 27001)
Spearhead the integration of real-time monitoring and anomaly detection systems, strengthening accountability and responsiveness across the organization
Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and Cybersecurity teams to align data risk management strategies and implement metrics and reporting frameworks to track the real-time impact of risk mitigation strategies on business outcomes
Qualification
Required
15+ years of leadership experience in data & analytics, AI governance, and risk management within enterprise-level organizations
Proven expertise in designing and operationalizing enterprise-scale AI and data governance frameworks that deliver measurable business value
Deep knowledge of AI ethics and global data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, CCPA, SOC2, ISO 27001), with experience integrating AI compliance measures
Strong track record of leading data and analytics transformations in cloud-based environments (AWS, GCP, Azure), with a focus on AI-powered analytics platforms
