Responsibilities

Reviewing and analyzing data to improve yields and drive continuous improvement initiatives

Participating in Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) activities

Control of non-conforming materials, including leading containment and disposition activities

Supporting production through Process Review Board, Corrective Action Board and Configuration Control Board participation

Overseeing Production Process Verification (PPV) / First Article Inspections (FAI) activities

Required

Bachelor's Degree and 0-2+ years of experience OR 4-6+ years of experience in lieu of degree

Understanding of or the ability to learn and understand the quality science tools (8D RCCA, SPC, Auditing)

Self-starting problem solver with a fact-based focus on continuous improvement

Organized; capable of juggling several tasks simultaneously

Ability to execute in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Team-oriented; ability and desire to work with a hybrid team

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (e.g., STEM)

Familiarity with relevant industry standards (e.g., AS9100, AS9102, AS9145, IPC-A-610)

Familiarity with composite manufacturing
