Client Development Executive

They are seeking a Client Development Executive to drive lead generation and support the sales process in collaboration with a Senior Benefit Consultant, focusing on building a sustainable pipeline of prospects.

Responsibilities
Prospect Development - Research, build, and manage prospect lists using Salesforce, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, and other tools to identify and qualify new business opportunities
Sales Support - Schedule and confirm prospect meetings, assist with proposals and presentations, and provide insights and research to support Senior Benefit Consultants
Outreach & Engagement - Execute multi-channel communication strategies via email, phone, and social media; represent the company at trade shows, webinars, and networking events
CRM & Process Excellence - Maintain accurate records in Salesforce, apply best practices from ongoing training, and contribute to continuous improvement of sales operations
Qualification
Required
5+ years in B2B Business to Business Sales and lead generation experience
High school diploma or GED required
Preferred
bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred
Health/Life insurance license preferred
