Responsibilities

Administer and process payroll using ADP Payroll systems ensuring accuracy and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
Coordinate employee relations initiatives, addressing workplace issues promptly to maintain a safe, respectful, and productive work environment
Support compliance with labor laws, safety regulations, employee HR compliance and administration, and company policies specific to cold chain logistics and warehouse operations
Collaborate with operations and engineering teams to identify workforce needs and develop targeted talent acquisition strategies
Maintain and update HRIS systems to track employee data, attendance, certifications, and training relevant to automated warehouse roles
Facilitate training programs and employee development initiatives focused on safety, compliance, and operational excellence in a technology-driven environment
Conduct regular audits of HR processes and documentation to ensure adherence to internal policies and external regulatory requirements
Partner with management to support organizational change, workforce planning, and employee engagement activities aligned with NewCold’s growth strategy
Generate and analyze HR metrics and reports to provide actionable insights for leadership on workforce trends and operational impacts
