Responsibilities

Gather, document, and analyze business requirements across multiple environments

Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to define business processes, user stories, and acceptance criteria

Identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization

Configure Salesforce applications to meet business needs

Maintain system integrity and ensure data quality across all environments

Troubleshoot issues and perform root cause analysis within the Salesforce platform

Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams

Work closely with cross-functional teams including IT, developers, architects, and third-party vendors

Report progress and escalate issues to project leadership as needed

Develop test cases and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
