Responsibilities

Provide daily coaching and professional development to a team of Business Development Representatives, including weekly 1:1 meetings, weekly shadow sessions, call coaching, and co-selling

Continue to grow the team through recruiting, onboarding, and training of new BDRs

Collaborate with different team members and cross functional partners to align strategies

Analyze performance data and provide insights and recommendations for improvements

Track and communicate weekly goals to execute against monthly quota targets

Become an essential part of Sales Leadership at Square

Required

2+ years of experience in a sales closing role or 1+ years of experience of sales management

BA/BS degree or equivalent

Strong time management, leadership skills, and analytical abilities

Coachable, adaptable, and results driven

Strong communication skills to deliver feedback to team members, lead team meetings, and collaborate in cross-functional meetings

Passion for Square & Sales

Ability to coach and develop team members. This includes performance management of reps, outbound calls and shadows, and pipeline management

Background of hiring, training, and enabling reps for success
