Responsibilities

Perform maintenance and troubleshooting on Photolithography equipment
Maintain and repair tools such as ASML 5500/100, TEL ACT8 Coater/Developer, UT1500 Stepper, and SOG coaters
Knowledge of Electroglass/Agilent and Reedholm/Lomac E-testers is highly desirable
Collaborate with team members to ensure optimal equipment performance and uptime
Be willing to learn and perform maintenance in other areas of the Fab as needed

Required

Minimum of 5+ years of experience as an Equipment Maintenance Technician
Maintenance knowledge specific to Photolithography processes and equipment
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) for documentation and reporting
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Preferred

Knowledge of Electroglass/Agilent and Reedholm/Lomac E-testers is highly desirable
