Responsibilities

Developing trust and relationships with our customers

Ensuring growth and product utilization within our customer base

Acquiring a thorough understanding of our customer needs and requirements

Expanding the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives

Serving as the link of communication between customers and internal teams

Ensuring the timely and successful delivery of Veriff services according to customer needs and objectives

Resolving any issues and problems faced by customers and dealing with complaints to maintain trust

Clearly communicating the progress of initiatives to internal and external stakeholders

Assisting with challenging customer requests or issue escalations as needed

Qualification

Required

3+ years experience as a CSM/AM within the SaaS industry

Previous experience adopting analytical tools and ability to drive performance assessments that are data driven

Have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas and receiving positive customer feedback

Proven success of partnering with clients and stakeholders to drive product utilization and net dollar retention

Previous experience partnering with Account Executives, Solutions Engineers, Customer Support, and Product Teams to drive adoption and ensure a closed feedback loop between Veriff Product team and our customers
