Manage customer relationships
Coordinate daily equipment rentals
Assisting customers that walk into our branch
Provide customers with expert advice on equipment selection
Support outside sales team
Manage fleet availability, utilization and returns
Close rental deals from inbound inquiries leads
Incorporate Alta’s Guiding Principles into daily activities
Performs other duties as assigned
Consistent, regular, and reliable attendance including being ready for work at the designated start time
Qualification
Required
1 year of construction experience preferred
Excellent time management skills
Upbeat & positive attitude
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
Knowledge of construction equipment or similar industry
Good computer skills with a focus on Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Language Skills - Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization
Reasoning Ability - Intermediate; Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
Computer Skills - Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Epicor/SILK systems
Consistent, regular, and reliable attendance including being ready for work at the designated start time
