Responsibilities

Collaborating with Agile team members including developers, administrators, product owners, and business analysts

Participating in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies

Assisting in the design, development, testing, and deployment of Salesforce solutions

Supporting user story grooming and documentation

Helping to troubleshoot and resolve issues within the Salesforce platform

Conducting research and provide recommendations for Salesforce best practices and enhancements

Contributing to the creation of training materials and user documentation

Required

Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business or a related field, in the United States

Knowledgeable or have working experience in Agile Methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)

Familiar with cloud platforms such as salesforce.com AWS, Azure

Intern must have reliable transportation to and from the worksite

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now and in the future

Utilize critical thinking skills to analyze complex situations and develop strategic solutions

Effectively organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines

Exhibit the capability to manage several tasks at once while maintaining high standards of quality

Collaborate with team members to convey ideas, share information, and provide updates on project progress
