Assess current data collection process and software; work to bring in line with industry best practices
Integrate external data systems to the extent they are available
Pursue concrete data-enhancing projects; for example, tracking pretrial custody, charging trends, and case outcomes
Enable internal cost-benefit analysis
Facilitate and establish partnerships with aligned partner organizations to strengthen data collaboration
