Preschool Office Manager
Kido USA is building a vibrant, innovative learning community through its new preschool. The Preschool Office Manager will play a key role in opening the campus, managing sales and marketing events, and fostering relationships with families and children.

Responsibilities
Lead the excitement of opening a new campus by supporting all sales and marketing events—from initial planning through launch day and beyond—ensuring every prospective family feels welcomed and informed
Engage quickly and confidently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks while providing timely responses to parent and staff inquiries
Build meaningful relationships with children and families, sharing updates through conversations, messaging, and photos that capture each child’s daily experiences and developmental progress
Support enrollment excellence by collecting all required paperwork for new families and ensuring full compliance with state licensing regulations
Become a school expert—develop a strong understanding of our programs, philosophy, and operations so you can confidently communicate our offerings to families
Help grow our brand-new school community by supporting marketing efforts, spreading the word about Kïdo, and fostering a warm, connected, and enthusiastic school culture
Qualification
Required
HS Diploma/GED required
At least 18 years old
Prior experience in sales and or marketing with preference given to someone with prior experience in preschool enrollment
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
CDA (Child Development Associate Certification)
Experience in a licensed preschool setting
Ability to fluently read, write, and speak both Spanish and English (ideal but not required)
