HR Business Partner
ENGIE North America Inc. is leading the Zero-Carbon Transition by developing renewable and efficient energy solutions. The HR Business Partner will provide strategic leadership and guidance in human resource planning, program development, and employee engagement, while collaborating with business leaders to manage employee relations and performance.

Responsibilities
Providing strategic leadership and guidance to assigned groups
Collaborating with the Center of Excellence (COE)
Delivering HR services aligned with the organization's business strategies
Supporting designated groups and other ENGIE North America office locations
Promoting programs, policies, and fostering positive employee engagement
Managing employee relations and performance
Strategic coaching on key HR strategy such as succession planning, career path development, and performance management
Leading talent assessments and facilitating onboarding and offboarding processes
Managing leaves of absences in accordance with company policy and applicable laws
Conducting investigations
Serving as an HR Project Manager for acquisitions and divestitures
Collaborating with Mobility for inpat/expat assignments, international transfers, and visas
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a Human Resources Generalist or similar role with progressive responsibility
Experience rolling out multiple initiatives while serving as a partner to a client group
Active Professional Human Resources (PHR) or SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification or interest in pursuing one
Expertise in making sound strategic HR decisions and talent assessment
Ability to adapt to changing environments and navigate complexity
Ability to promote an inclusive/diverse workforce
Ability to voice opinions and deliver tough feedback/coaching to leadership
Strong collaboration skills and ability to create a positive team environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to energize and lead in complex, matrix, goal-driven organizations
Willingness to travel domestically up to 15% of the time
Willingness to comply with all ENGIE ethics and safety policies
