Responsibilities

Guide stakeholders through the design, implementation, and support of Workday integration and extend solutions, ensuring successful delivery
Support day-to-day operational functions, applying project management, analytical capabilities of a business analyst, and process knowledge
Collaborate closely with functional leads and stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable integration solutions to ensure successful implementation of new functionality and processes within project timelines
Maintain thorough documentation of requirements, technical file specs, end-to-end processes, and other project artifacts
Perform system configuration and conduct unit testing and defect management in support of operational and project tasks
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and assist with inquiries, questions, and resolving issues such as Help Desk incidents

Required

Experience with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, PECI, RaaS, or REST/SOAP API integrations
Experience with Microsoft Office suite, including Excel and PowerPoint
Knowledge of integration patterns, error handling, and Workday data models
Ability to manage multiple priorities, deliver high-quality outcomes, and maintain client satisfaction
Ability to manage client expectations effectively
Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience implementing or supporting Workday integrations, or 6+ years of experience implementing or supporting Workday integrations in lieu of a degree

Preferred

3+ years of experience in a consulting or delivery role
Experience developing on Workday Extend
Experience with project management
Experience with Jira
Experience collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
Experience with process development
Possession of excellent communication and presentation skills
Possession of excellent consultative, organizational, customer service, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
Workday Integrations Pro Certification
Workday Extend Certification
