Responsibilities
Responsible for deposit growth through household acquisition and new business as well as growing the segment of business lending
Solicit new business through communication with existing customers and prospects and develop customer relationships to determine and analyze financial needs
Partner with an assigned Enterprise Sales Advisor to drive household acquisition, single family residential mortgages, business lending and referrals to Wealth Management
Oversee cross-selling efforts of the branch staff; facilitates staff referrals of bank and other line of business products and services
Set appropriate goals for individual associates within the branch based on branch annual goals and develop business plans for the branch
Responsible for branch adherence to policies and procedures as they apply to sales, service and operations
Review, audit, modify, and prepare a variety of operational and financial reports and general correspondence within required time limits
Ability to perform teller functions and general personal banker tasks when necessary
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
3-5 years of recent banking experience required
3-5 years of recent sales experience required
3-5 years of supervisory experience required
The ability to be registered as a Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) with the National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLSR), under the Secure and Fair Enforcement for Mortgage Licensing Act (SAFE ACT), and maintain the registration as required. These standards include, among other things, passing a criminal background check and a satisfactory credit report obtained from a consumer reporting agency

A college degree preferred, or commensurate banking experience required
