Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) Intern

Group 1 Automotive is offering an exciting internship opportunity for aspiring professionals to join their M&A team. As an M&A Intern, you will work closely with professionals on strategic projects and transactions, gaining hands-on experience in all stages of the M&A process.

Responsibilities

Conduct research and analysis on potential acquisition targets and market trends
Assist in financial modeling and valuation analysis
Prepare presentations and investment memos for senior management and stakeholders
Support due diligence efforts, including data gathering and analysis
Assist in the negotiation and execution of M&A transactions
Support integration planning and post-merger integration activities

Required

Junior or Senior status currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
Strong analytical and quantitative skills

Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment

Preferred

Preferred Minimum of a 3.00 cumulative GPA
