Mid LevelJPS Tech Solutions is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Consultant who will be responsible for requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, integration, and technical enhancements within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. The role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver robust CRM solutions.

Responsibilities
Gather business requirements and perform Gap-Fit analysis for CRM solutions
Design and configure solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CRM Online
Develop and support integrations with enterprise systems including ERP and Line-of-Business applications (On-prem & Online)
Integrate CRM with MS Outlook, SharePoint and support O365 administration and AD synchronization
Perform data migration using Scribe, SSIS, or similar ETL tools
Extend Dynamics CRM using:
Plugins
Custom workflow activities
Web resources
Apply a strong understanding of CRM security roles and access models
Develop OOB and Custom SSRS reports for CRM
Configure and customize CRM using CRM Web API, JavaScript (OData/REST)
Work with Entities, Workflows, Business Rules, Forms, and other CRM platform features
Support CRM installation, technical deployment, and post-go-live enhancements
Create and enhance integration solutions using .NET technology
Work on CRM functional domains such as:
Sales Force Automation
Marketing Automation
Service Management
Qualification
Required
Hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 CRM Technical configuration and customization
Expertise in CRM development including JavaScript & .NET
Strong understanding of CRM data structures, security models, and deployment processes
Experience with CRM upgrades, integration development, and extending CRM capabilities
Strong proficiency in SQL and SSRS reporting for CRM
Clear communication and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
