Design and implement quality assurance plans across deliverables and workflows
Conduct internal audits and lead external audit support efforts
Develop and monitor corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
Manage software QA workflows including regression testing and defect tracking
Interface with engineering, product, and compliance teams
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's in Quality Assurance, Engineering, or related field
6–10 years of experience in QA roles (IT, construction, or capital projects)
Government or transit-related QA experience is a plus
Audit preparation and execution
QA tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, Bugzilla)
Defect lifecycle management
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Preferred
ASQ Certified Quality Auditor (CQA)
ISO 9001 Lead Auditor
Six Sigma certifications are a plus
