Responsibilities
Configure, customize, and launch AI Cloud Employees with code-based integrations
Collaborate with customers during onboarding, helping them implement and extend Signals into their systems
Build scripts, connectors, or light automations (Python, JavaScript, APIs) to improve workflows
Partner with product managers and engineers to surface customer needs
Support go-lives with hands-on troubleshooting and creative problem-solving
Qualification
Required
0–3 years of experience in software development or recently graduated in CS/related fields
Strong foundation in coding (Python/JS preferred) and interest in applying it to AI/automation
Curious about customer interaction and comfortable presenting technical solutions
Hungry to learn, flexible with time, and energized by fast-growing teams
