Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences
Conduct property showings and open houses to showcase available listings
Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of clients to secure favorable terms
Collaborate closely with the LuxeLife Group team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies
Stay up-to-date with local market trends, property values, and neighborhood developments in Summit, USA
Assist clients through the entire buying or selling process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and market data using company CRM tools
Qualification
Required
Valid real estate license in the state of New Jersey
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience as a licensed real estate agent
Proven track record of successful property sales and client satisfaction
Strong knowledge of the Summit, NJ real estate market and surrounding areas
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
Proficient with real estate CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and goal-oriented mindset
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Commitment to maintaining high ethical standards and professionalism
Preferred
