Responsibilities
Collaborates with project teams to plan, analyze, organize and execute assigned projects within all channels
Maintains stewardship of copy tone and feel for multiple accounts/brands, adhering to provided brand identity guidelines
Partners with art directors to develop a range of ideas and designs that are on-brief and on-strategy
Partners with account team to solve problems
Loves the creative process
Qualification
Required
Knowledge of industry-relevant software/programs
Able to produce solid concepts and execute on direction received from Creative Director
Strong capacity for strategic thinking
Understanding of digital technology, and how to use it to enhance the creative idea; alert to social, mobile and developing technologies
Able to partner with team members to concept creative, on-strategy ideas
Strong time-management skills with ability to work on multiple projects
Able to partner with account team to answer client needs and ensure on-strategy design
Requires a minimum of 3-5 years of related experience
Direct Mail, digital and email experience is required
The ability to provide a portfolio displaying work
Preferred
Experience with creative agencies/professional services is preferred
