Qualification
Required
Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Public Administration
4–6 years managing government budgets, grants, or capital programs
Advanced Excel modeling
Financial planning and variance analysis
Cost allocation and capital expenditure monitoring
Public agency reporting tools and methods
Preferred
Experience in infrastructure finance or transportation sector preferred
Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
Certified Government Financial Manager (CGFM)
PMP is a plus for finance-PMO collaboration
